Shipping & Returns

 1. Order Processing

Once we receive orders, orders, please allow us 24 to 48 hours for processing. Excluding (Saturdays, Sundays, and big holidays such as New Year's, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. Processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience, once the order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number immediately.

2. Shipping times

We ship from our warehouse located in the United States. We currently ship to both U.S. and Canada with plans to expand into new countries in mid-2024!

Orders shipping within the U.S. will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Orders shipping internationally to Canada will arrive within 7-10 business days.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $100 or more before taxes, have FREE Shipping.
  • Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $100 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $8.
  • Orders shipping to an address in Canada are offered UPS shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products in your order.

4. Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition or in resalable condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received the item that has been damaged, and it meets our return requirements we will process this within 7 to 14 business days. Please be aware that we do NOT refund shipping.

If for any reason we make a mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you decide to return an item for any reason you will be responsible for covering all shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items that are purchased at a discounted price of 35% or greater ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be exchanged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.
